POLICY

1. It is my priority to make sure the customer receives the item at an easy and fast effort. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me, and I would love to help.


2. No returns or exchanges! Once the item has been shipped and received, the purchase is final.


3. If there is a flaw on the item, damage to the item, item description lacking expected details, etc., please direct message me and send proof. I will issue a refund if reasonable, and you may keep the item.


4. Refunds will only be 100% in certain situations that include, but are not limited to, loss of item. Otherwise, refunds will vary.


5. You can only cancel a purchase if USPS has not yet collected the packaged item. Usually, the item is collected the day after purchase. Meaning you can only cancel on the day of the purchase and the next day.
