WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

AFTER YOU’VE PURCHASED THE ITEM, USPS PICKS UP THE ITEM THE NEXT DAY. AFTER THAT, PACKAGES TYPICALLY ARE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED IN 1-6 DAYS. ON AVERAGE, PACKAGES TEND TO BE RECEIVED IN 2-4 DAYS.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ITEM AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED IT?

YOU MAY ONLY CANCEL IF THE PACKAGED ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DROPPED OFF AT USPS POST OFFICE THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE YET. REFER TO POLICIES. TO CANCEL, DIRECT MESSAGE ME THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL. I WILL FULLY REFUND.


MY ITEM IS LOST AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT DO I DO?

MESSAGE ME ABOUT THE ISSUE. I WILL REPORT TO USPS AND ATTEMPT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. GIVE ME NO MORE THAN ONE WEEK TO DO SO. IF PACKAGE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY LOST, I WILL FULLY REFUND. PLEASE REFER TO POLICIES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

HOW ARE THE CLOTHES? IS IT GOOD QUALITY? HOW ACCURATE IS THE DESCRIPTION?

THE CLOTHING PIECES AND ITEMS I LIST WILL BE THRIFTED, SECOND-HANDED, OLD, AND NEW. I WILL INCLUDE AS MANY DETAILS AS NECESSARY IN THE DESCRIPTIONS, SUCH AS MEASUREMENTS, COLOR, MATERIAL, LAST WORN DATE, ANY TINY FLAWS, ETC. I WILL NOT SELL ANY ITEM THAT IS VERY FLAWED, DESTROYED, HARMFUL, ETC.

I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE SELLING CLOTHING ITEMS ON POSHMARK AND MERCARI. I HAVE RECEIVED MANY 5 STARS AND A FEW 4 STARS. ALL FEEDBACK AND RESPONSES REGARDING ANY ERRORS HAVE BEEN IMRPOVED AND CHANGED. I HAVE ALWAYS MADE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE BUYER THROUGHOUT THE BUYING AND SHIPPING PROCESS. CURRENTLY, I HAVE SOLD MANY ITEMS. HOW WILL YOU SHIP THE ITEM?

I WILL SHIP THE ITEM THROUGH USPS. I WILL SCHEDULE A PICKUP FOR THE PACKAGE, WHICH FUNCTIONS PROPERLY. SOMETIMES, I WILL DIRECTLY DROP OFF AT USPS. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE IT MAY NOT GO AS PLANNED, AND MAY NEED AN EXTRA DAY OR TWO TO SHIP.


WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER/LABEL?

USPS TENDS TO SCAN AND UPLOAD THE TRACKING NUMBER/LABEL VERY LATE. SOMETIMES, THE TRACKING LABEL NEVER GETS RECEIVED. HOWEVER, THE PACKAGE WILL STILL DELIVER SUCCESSFULLY. IF NOT, I WILL REPORT THE ISSUE. IF ISSUE CANNNOT BE RESOLVED, I WILL REFUND. REFER TO POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING REFUNDS.
